HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

An order is not final until you have completed all the steps in the ordering process and received an order confirmation from us in your mailbox. You should receive it in your mailbox within 15 minutes. Also, take a look in your spam folder.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

At the final stage of the ordering process, you can enter a discount code in the coupon code entry box. It will then be settled immediately and you will see immediately if your discount code was applied. Please contact us with any problems with your discount code.

WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I ORDER FROM?

Ordering is possible worldwide. We also ship worldwide. We ship from Belgium.

WHY DIDN'T I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Normally, you should receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. If not, always check your spam folder first. No email here either, please contact us.

HOW TO PAY?

At checkout, you will see which payment methods are accepted. We accept many possible payment methods. Payment by bank transfer is not possible. All orders must be remitted first.

Delivery

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We will deliver your package to your home. We choose the shipping partner. Deliveries are free from €100 in the Benelux. If there are shipping costs, they will be communicated in the payment process.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED?

When ordering, you can enter where you want your order delivered at the “delivery address”.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we have packed your order and it is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a track&trace link. You can track your order through this link.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once all steps have been completed and payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. We will process your order within 48h, after which your order will be picked up by the shipping service. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Returns

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Via here or in the last mail with your track&trace code you can return your order. Print your return label and stick it on the package. Take your package to the appropriate service point and done.

Items you purchased online can always be returned within 14 business days of receipt. Provided items are still in original condition (with hangtags), have not been worn, washed or retouched. Items with makeup stains or perfume odor will NOT be returned.

We will refund the amount to the account you paid with. Delivery charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your return.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

We will refund the amount to the account you paid with. Delivery charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made within 14 days of in receipt of your return.

You will receive an email from us when we have received the return. Orders with a gift card will receive a new code from us worth the refund of the product.

Payments with gift vouchers will not be refunded, but you will receive a new gift certificate in its place.
